Muzaffarabad (PID) December 3, 2025
Pakistan People's Party Azad Kashmir's senior founding leader Shaukat Rathore Khaksar hosted a dinner in honor of Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir Faisal Mumtaz Rathore. The dinner was attended by the most senior minister Mian Abdul Wahid, ministers of the government Sardar Javed Ayub, Syed Bazal Ali Naqvi, former candidates for the legislative assembly Shaukat Javed Mir, Mubashar Munir Awan, Mukhtar Abbasi, Raja Mushtaq, municipal representatives, political and social personalities, and a large number of people.
The Prime Minister said that he thanks Allah for the responsibility. In these difficult times, the People's Party is the only party that can face challenges. Today, a public government has been established in the state. The leadership has carefully entrusted me with the responsibility. The Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, Chaudhry Latif Akbar, and the President of Pakistan People's Party Azad Kashmir, Chaudhry Yasin, agreed on my name in front of the Chairman of the Pakistan People's Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
I decided that I would live among the people as soon as I received the responsibility. I ended the life-threatening situation that arose in the state within 15 to 20 days. We are working to solve the problems of the workers. This is a trial government. We have to restore the confidence of the workers in six months and hold transparent elections, which is a big responsibility.
The Prime Minister said that the purpose of our government is to promote transparent, democratic, and people-friendly governance and ensure the provision of basic rights to every citizen. Real change is not possible without public participation and cooperation, and we will take steps to address the issues with the cooperation of municipal representatives and every section of society.
He said that we are focusing on creating job opportunities, improving infrastructure, telecommunications, health, and education. We have to take this six-month continuity to the next five years. Fieldwork has begun. I have found Mamtaz Rathore's love-based relationship in Muzaffarabad, and it is our mission to make this city better.
The real change has begun, and it is our responsibility to take it to a successful end. The Most Senior Minister, Mian Abdul Wahid,
