New Delhi: Pakistan High Commission (HC) in New Delhi celebrated Pakistan Day with patriotic fervor today (March 23).
According to Global Mirror, Chargé d’Affaires of Pakistan High Commission Saad Ahmad Warraich hoisted the national flag on the Chancery lawn.
On this occasion, messages from President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, and Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar were read out.
Saad Ahmad Warraich on the occasion said the Lahore Resolution of March 23, 1940 proved to be a milestone for the Muslims of the subcontinent in their struggle for a separate homeland.
