New Delhi: Senior Indian politician and former BJP MP Subramanian Swamy has levelled serious and controversial allegations against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, claiming that certain women advanced to parliamentary and ministerial positions after alleged personal relations with him, sparking a political stir in India.
According to Global Mirror, Swamy reportedly claimed that several women rose to positions as Members of Parliament following alleged personal relations with the prime minister, further alleging that one of them was later made a minister. The remarks were said to have been made in the context of discussions surrounding the so-called “Epstein files” and the possibility of compromising material held by foreign agencies.
Swamy, who has increasingly distanced himself from the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party leadership, has previously raised similar concerns. In late 2025 and early 2026, he suggested that alleged personal matters involving Modi could make him vulnerable to blackmail by international actors.
